Check-In Procedures
- Arrange time for check-in with the estate agents or landlord's inventory clerk
- Ensure two copies of newly produced independent inventory supplied for check in (where possible)
- Liaise with client/employee regarding times
- Check-in property, phone client from property to advise of any major problems etc.
- Sign schedule of condition regarding cleanliness with tenant's representative
- Note/photograph meter readings (if meters found) - phone through or email if necessary
- Email detailed inspection report with photos within 24 hours about anything that needs attention
- List and photograph the keys that have been handed over
- Fully check and verify the final report when produced by landlord's inventory clerk before supplying to clients.

- Prepare report and email to client within 48 hours
- Take photos of damage where possible
